  • 20 ml CAMPARI

  • 30 ml NATURAL SYRUP

  • 20 ml LEMON JUICE

  • 60 ml PERRIER

  • 35 ml PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

 GARNISH:

  • 1 MARASCHINO CHERRY

  • GRASS LIQUOR SUGAR CRUST

JASPE

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 45 ml ZIHUA MEZCAL

  • 10 ml ANCHO REYES CHILI LIQUOR

  • 30 ml SWEET CHILI SYRUP

  • 15 ml LEMON JUICE

  • 45 ml PINK GRAPEFRUIT JUICE

GARNISH:

  • MORITA CHILI SALT CRUST

  • 1 ROSEMARY BRANCH  

ELIXIR

​INGREDIENTS:

  • 35 ml ZIHUA MEZCAL

  • 40 ml HUANA LIQUEUR 

  • 30 ml NATURAL SYRUP

  • 15 ml LEMON JUICE

  • 30 ml ORANGE JUICE

  • 2 GUAVA (NO PULP)

GARNISH:

  • ORANGE TWIST

GLASSWARE: COUPE CUP

PEPPER MULE

​INGREDIENTS:

  • 45 ml ZIHUA MEZCAL

  • 15 ml LEMON JUICE

  • 25 ml JALAPEÑO CHILI SYRUP

  • 30 ml HUANA LIQUEUR

  • 50 ml GINGER BEER

  • 1 JALAPEÑO CHILI SLICE

 

GARNISH:

  • JALAPEÑO CHILI SLICE

  • 1 ROSEMARY BRANCH
